Terms of Service

Welcome to Happy Island: Fiesta Party (hereinafter referred to as “Party B”). Thank you for joining as a member and using the various services provided by Happy Island (hereinafter referred to as “this Service”). To protect your rights and interests, please read this agreement carefully.

  1. Application for Game Service
If you are a minor (under 18 years old) or a person with limited legal capacity, you must inform your legal guardian (such as a parent or legal guardian) and read and understand this agreement and all relevant game management regulations of Party B together with them. You may only proceed with using the service if you obtain permission from your legal guardian. If you have not read, understood, and agreed to comply with this agreement and its related regulations in the presence of your legal guardian, please immediately cease using any of the services provided by Party B.

  2. Content of the Agreement
The following are considered part of this agreement and hold the same legal force as this agreement:

    1. Any advertisements or promotional content related to this Service by Party B.
    2. The rate schedule and game management regulations.
  3. Service Scope
The services provided under this agreement are delivered by Party B through an online server, allowing Party A to log in and play Party B’s games via the internet. However, this does not include the internet access services provided by third-party internet service providers, nor the hardware required for internet access.

Party A must provide their own computer equipment necessary for internet access and bear the telecommunications costs, including but not limited to “internet connection fees” and “telephone charges.” Once the relevant registration process is completed, Party A will obtain membership status and can begin using this Service. Party A agrees that the ownership of all content within the service remains with Party B or the third-party partners and their designated persons. Party A may use the service content according to the terms of this agreement but may not rent, lend, transfer, or assign it to any third party.

Party B reserves the right to temporarily suspend all or part of the game service, as planned in advance for the maintenance of the related game service systems and hardware. A notice will be published on the homepage of the official website, the game login page, or the purchase page seven days in advance. This does not apply in cases of emergency, urgency, or circumstances beyond Party B's control.

If Party A is unable to connect to and use the game service due to reasons attributable to Party B, Party B will correct or repair the issue. If time-based game fees or in-game items are deducted during the period of inaccessibility, Party B will refund the time-based game fees or in-game items for the period of inaccessibility, or provide reasonable compensation of equal value if a refund is not possible.

To protect Party A’s rights, please use legal and proper methods to access the service. If Party A uses false or improper means to access the service, Party B may, according to Article 16, terminate Party A’s qualification for this service and their rights to use the various services.

  4. Game Registration
When you apply to use Party B’s game, you must provide personal information that matches the identification documents at the request of Party B. If the personal information provided is incorrect or has changed, it should be corrected immediately. If you register with false information or impersonate someone else, causing harm to others or breaking the law, you will bear full legal responsibility.

  5. Use of Account and Password

    1. You should be aware that the account and password obtained after completing the registration process are for your personal use only. If you sell, transfer, or lend your account and password to a third party in any form, you will be solely responsible for any disputes that arise. Party B will not be responsible for handling any issues if your account and password are used by someone else due to your negligence.
    2. After obtaining your account and password, you may change them through the modification mechanism provided by Party B. Party B's personnel (including customer service and game administrators) are not allowed to ask for your password. Party B will retain Party A’s account and the related electronic records (including but not limited to game history and top-up records) for 30 days after the termination of this agreement. After 30 days, Party B will delete these records.
    3. If you do not apply for continued use before the expiration of the period mentioned in Section 2, Party B may delete the account and all data associated with it, except as otherwise provided by law.
  6. Notification of Unauthorized Account and Password Use
If either party discovers that a third party is illegally using your account, or that the security of your account has been compromised, they must immediately notify the other party. After receiving your notification or notifying you, and confirming the situation, Party B may temporarily suspend the use of the account or password, replace them with a new account or password for you, and immediately restrict the third party's rights to use the game service. The relevant handling methods will be outlined in the game management regulations.

  7. Handling of Improper Transfer of Electronic Records

    1. If you discover that your account and password have been illegally used and that game electronic records have been improperly transferred, you should immediately notify Party B to investigate. Upon confirmation by Party B through verifying the IP address is different from those you have used before, Party B may temporarily restrict the relevant online game users' rights to use the service.
    2. When Party B temporarily restricts game usage rights, Party B will immediately notify the third party holding the electronic records to provide an explanation in writing or via email. If the third party does not provide an explanation within seven days of receiving the notice, Party B should directly return the improperly transferred electronic records to you and lift the restrictions on the relevant online game users. If a return is not possible, other compensation methods agreed upon by both parties may be adopted. If Party B provides free security devices (such as anti-theft cards, phone locks, etc.) and you do not use them, Party B will not be responsible for recovery or compensation.
    3. During the period when Party B restricts your usage rights as per Section 1, Party B will not charge you any fees.
    4. If you make a false claim that causes harm to Party B or other online game users, you will bear full legal responsibility.
