Welcome to Happy Island: Fiesta Party (hereinafter referred to as “Party B”). Thank you for joining as a member and using the various services provided by Happy Island (hereinafter referred to as “this Service”). To protect your rights and interests, please read this agreement carefully.
Application for Game ServiceIf you are a minor (under 18 years old) or a person with limited legal capacity, you must inform your legal guardian (such as a parent or legal guardian) and read and understand this agreement and all relevant game management regulations of Party B together with them. You may only proceed with using the service if you obtain permission from your legal guardian. If you have not read, understood, and agreed to comply with this agreement and its related regulations in the presence of your legal guardian, please immediately cease using any of the services provided by Party B.
Content of the AgreementThe following are considered part of this agreement and hold the same legal force as this agreement:
Service ScopeThe services provided under this agreement are delivered by Party B through an online server, allowing Party A to log in and play Party B’s games via the internet. However, this does not include the internet access services provided by third-party internet service providers, nor the hardware required for internet access.
Party A must provide their own computer equipment necessary for internet access and bear the telecommunications costs, including but not limited to “internet connection fees” and “telephone charges.” Once the relevant registration process is completed, Party A will obtain membership status and can begin using this Service. Party A agrees that the ownership of all content within the service remains with Party B or the third-party partners and their designated persons. Party A may use the service content according to the terms of this agreement but may not rent, lend, transfer, or assign it to any third party.
Party B reserves the right to temporarily suspend all or part of the game service, as planned in advance for the maintenance of the related game service systems and hardware. A notice will be published on the homepage of the official website, the game login page, or the purchase page seven days in advance. This does not apply in cases of emergency, urgency, or circumstances beyond Party B's control.
If Party A is unable to connect to and use the game service due to reasons attributable to Party B, Party B will correct or repair the issue. If time-based game fees or in-game items are deducted during the period of inaccessibility, Party B will refund the time-based game fees or in-game items for the period of inaccessibility, or provide reasonable compensation of equal value if a refund is not possible.
To protect Party A’s rights, please use legal and proper methods to access the service. If Party A uses false or improper means to access the service, Party B may, according to Article 16, terminate Party A’s qualification for this service and their rights to use the various services.
Game RegistrationWhen you apply to use Party B’s game, you must provide personal information that matches the identification documents at the request of Party B. If the personal information provided is incorrect or has changed, it should be corrected immediately. If you register with false information or impersonate someone else, causing harm to others or breaking the law, you will bear full legal responsibility.
Use of Account and Password
Notification of Unauthorized Account and Password UseIf either party discovers that a third party is illegally using your account, or that the security of your account has been compromised, they must immediately notify the other party. After receiving your notification or notifying you, and confirming the situation, Party B may temporarily suspend the use of the account or password, replace them with a new account or password for you, and immediately restrict the third party's rights to use the game service. The relevant handling methods will be outlined in the game management regulations.
